Overview of Westera October Gardens

Westera is a residential compound by Kastoria Group for Urban Development in October Gardens, 6th of October City, directly opposite Zewail University and 750 metres from Wahat Road. The developer's own master-plan render shows low-rise apartment buildings of four to five floors arranged around landscaped open space, with a commercial building on the corner plot facing the main road.

The apartments on the page run from 80 to 214 square metres and from one to four bedrooms, and 163 m2 three-bedroom homes are among the most common layouts. Handover is 30 July 2029, semi-finished.

Kastoria Group is a new developer working in October Gardens, supported by the track record of Teiba for Contracting and Real Estate Investment, which has been delivering residential projects, villas, schools and sports facilities since 2014.
