Delete your Ahlan Homes account
For the Ahlan Homes app on iPhone and Android, and your account on this site. It is one account, so deleting it here deletes it in the app too.
From the app
- Open the Ahlan Homes app and sign in.
- Go to the Account tab.
- Tap Delete account, then Delete permanently.

No app? Confirm your number with the code we send you on WhatsApp, and delete the account here.
What is deleted
- your account: your name, mobile number, email address and language
- your saved compounds and units
- the investment calculations you saved
- the link between your account and your phone's notifications
- any resale listing of yours that is live is taken off the site at once
What we keep, and why
Some records are about money or a signed agreement, and Egyptian commercial and tax law requires us to keep them whether or not the account exists:
- unit bookings, the booking form, your ID copy and the transfer receipt: kept for as long as the law requires, up to five years, then deleted
- resale listing contracts you signed: up to five years
- wallet and cashback transactions: up to five years
- enquiries you sent us: up to 24 months after our last contact

Prefer to ask us?
Send us a message from the number on the account, and we will delete it for you within 30 days. You can also ask us to delete records we are not legally required to keep.
